The Rocko's Modern Life Cake

The first year that Kate lived in San Diego, I had to find a way to ship her a cake. I decided to stick with the theme of favorite childhood cartoons and create Rocko, Spunky, and Heffer from Rocko’s Modern Life. Kate baked a tie-dyed cake and cupcakes and frosted the tops with icing in the color of Rocko’s shirt.
