The Saxon Graduation Cake

Kate graduated from Alfred University in 2011 and I wanted to do something to celebrate. I sculpted the statue that sits in the center of her campus on a cake. Eventually, it started sinking on one side due to weight but hey, it’s a cake. We still ate it.
