Anthony has baked since he was a kid but once he moved from England to New York, he started recreating cakes he knew from home. After Anthony’s daughter, Kate, was born, his cakes took on a life of their own.

With a career in design and engineering, Anthony has created over 50 3D cakes for his family over the last 30 years, and has shipped 8 of those to California.
