Christmas Cake 2021

Kate sent pictures of her excellent marzipan fruit Christmas cake, sitting on her San Diego table, sporting additional mangoes and blueberries. With tradition now fully covered, I thought I might look at something different. Since Kate and Michelle had both used dried orange slices and cinnamon sticks as a theme of their Christmas decorations, the subject was worth a shot. With the addition of some pine cones, hazelnuts and cranberries, it seems to work.
