The Cat in the Daffodils Cake

I’ve made a few cat cakes in the past, especially for Kate. Her 31st birthday was right after the first lockdown and when she didn’t have an idea for what she wanted for a cake, I defaulted to a cat. Being at home for most of the spring, I was able to appreciate the daffs that grew in my garden and incorporated them into the cake. I thought it would be cute to have the cat hiding in flowers, which she also loves.
