The Easter Cake 2021

Easter in 2021 was spent upstate and I had no time to do more than make the cake and marzipan it. Traditionally, for an Easter cake, a simple marzipan chicken can be added the center, or marzipan balls arranged around the edge. For this cake, I found an interesting Central American chicken design which was applied quickly on Easter morning.
