The NYC Subway Map Cake

When Dylan was a kid, he could tell you ever stop on every subway line, past and present. When I told him I worked in Oyster Bay, he pointed out that this line used double-decker diesels. He was right. I had seen the trains every day but had never noticed! For his 5th birthday, I created this simple and fun subway map cake with a marzipan train.
